Mint and Blossom uses the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products and/or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our site; for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with our site and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Mint and Blossom does not share your personal information gathered online with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Mint and Blossom may disclose your personal information to:

• organisations who are involved in a competition run by Mint and Blossom.

Where Mint and Blossom makes such disclosures, we require these organisations to comply with the Privacy Act.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless you ask us to delete this information.

ONLINE ORDERING SECURITY

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Mint and Blossom and we take all reasonable measures to do so. As such we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to Mint and Blossom.
